Super Admins (Partners) Can View All Manifests - Based on Partner Feedback, we have now added the ability to view all manifests (read-only) without having to add yourself as a Driver to each manifest. This allows for quicker access to review driver manifests.

Driver Tip Notification On/Off Option - Based on Partner Feedback, we have introduced an option for Users to turn on or off tip notifications. This is especially useful for Partners that pool/share tips.

Temporary Notification Alerts Moved - You probably have noticed the alerts that show up on the top right corner of Springboard when making updates or running into issues. Those will sometimes block areas until they are cleared. We have moved those to the bottom right so they are out of the way.
- All Roles Can See the Declined Snapshot View - The Declined Snapshot Dashboard is now available to all roles and not just Super Admins (Partners). So, now Drivers and Attendants can also view those declines.

Include/Exclude No Longer Available - We have removed the include/exclude option from the Manifest Manager as we’ve run into many issues with this capability resulting in a poor customer experience. If you need to use this at some point, please contact our Customer Service or Partner Support team for assistance.

Ask to Close Manifest - Now when all orders are completed drivers will be asked to close the manifest.

Stop Numbers in Driver List - The app will now show stop numbers in the driver list in addition to the optimizer.

Facility Address - Instead of having to enter the coordinates each time, drivers can select Head to Facility at the end of the route or from the menu to go back to the laundry facility.

App Version - We will now display the app version in the menu. This comes in handy with troubleshooting.
HappyNest App (Customers)
- Updated Night Before Reminder Notification - The Night Before Reminder notifications now includes information around proper bag compliance and a link to our Bag FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions | HappyNest . This will only be sent to per-bag customers.
