New Native Driver App

The new Native Driver App is available! To download the Driver App you can use the following links:

Or search for "Happynest for Drivers" in either store. Once installed you can login using the same credentials you would use to login to the web-based driver app.

Introduction

The new driver app and existing web-based app can be run concurrently. So, for testing, we encourage you to use the new app, but also have the web-based driver app open if needed as a fallback. 

New Areas to Try

1. Offline mode - The new app will automatically handle offline or bad service areas and automatically re-connect and sync when in good service areas.
2. Spanish - Users can toggle between English and Spanish.
3. Flow between the screen - Users will notice a very similar flow to the existing web app.

Please send any and all feedback to [e-mail]. We will be prioritizing fixing bugs but also adding additional capabilities.

Login

Users can use their existing username and password to login to the new app.

Optimize Route

After the route has been released a user can then start working on the route including optimizing the route.

 

Checkout Route

After optimizing the route, click the circle with '...' and select Checkout to begin the route.

Notify Customers

This will email/text all customers that the route is starting.

Drive Route

At this point you can drive the route as normal select addresses, reviewing instructions and notes, and then taking pictures.

Finish Route and Close Manifest

Once you've completed driving the route click the "hamburger" menu to the top right and click Close Manifest. 

Language Toggle

User can switch between English or Spanish.

 

Offline Mode

When bad service is detected, the app will allow you to proceed and then sync any changes once the service is restored.
