Release 106 - 7/1/25

Release scheduled for Tuesday 7/1/25 @ 5am Eastern. Partners can use their Springboard username and password to test out new items at - https://demo-admin.happynest.com. Please provide any feedback to [e-mail]. Release 106 will include:

Springboard - https://admin.happynest.com/sb/admin

1. Pin Address and Provided Address - In customer details we will now display both the Pin Address and Provided Address. If there is no Pin Address, than the Provided Address will be used. This was done to give further visibility when an address was manually located with a pin.
2. Bags Sent Field - Customer details will now have a field that shows when bags were sent and a tracking number. The HappyNest CS team will populate this field as bags are sent. This was requested by Partners for more visibility when bags are being sent to customers.

3. Partner Preferences - We have changed Manage Settings to Partner Preferences from the Settings navigation. We have removed many options that were no longer applicable. If you are no longer able to access a setting you were able to previously, please contact Partner Support for assistance.
