Release 125 for 4/20/26

Release 125 is scheduled for Monday 4/20/26 @ 5am Eastern. Partners can use their Springboard username and password to test out new items at https://demo-admin.happynest.com/sb/admin/login and http://demo.happynest.com. Please provide any feedback to [e-mail]. Release 125 will include:

Springboard (Partners)

1. Flag Customer as VIP - Partners now have the option to add a tag to a partner to let everyone know to treat the customer and their order with care. Partners can select where the flag will appear, a note and how long the flag should be shown.

2. Enhanced Customer Search - The customer search now includes additional information (status, last pickup, commercial tag) for filtering.

Driver App (Partners)

1. Check Server Connection - Now when a user gets “No Connection” they will see an option to check and verify the connection to the server. This allows users to force the reliability check to ensure a healthy connection.

HappyNest App (Customers)

1. How To Video on Sign-up Page - The “how to video” has been added/embedded in the sign-up page to help users learn about HappyNest.

2. Android App Crashing - We fixed an issue that caused the app to crash on certain Android devices and configurations.
