Things to check:
- Printer is on and the USB is connected to the computer.
- Zebra Browser Print is running. If you don’t have that program on your computer, install it from this link: https://www.dropbox.com/s/2efoshat6wuy63l/zebra-browser-print-windows-v131445.exe?dl=0.
- Zebra Setup Utilities is running. If you don’t have that program on your computer, install it from this link: https://www.zebra.com/us/en/support-downloads/printer-software/printer-setup-utilities.html.
- Go to “Startup Apps” on your computer and make sure Zebra Browser is set to “On”
- Log in to Springboard, go to “Printer Settings,” and click “Refresh Printers.”
- Click on the dropdown menu. If you see a printer name, select it and click save. Go back to your production manifest and you will see the print label button (as long as a customer has attendants assigned to Loaded/Folded/Tagged and a number for Bundles).
If you have followed the steps above and still need assistance in connecting the printer to Springboard, please download Teamviewer from https://www.teamviewer.com/en-us/download and run the program. Provide us with the ID and Password it shows you and keep the program running with the computer and printer turned on and connected. Then one of our team members will remotely connect to your computer and connect the printer.
