- Open Google Chrome and go to your bookmarks tab. I have already bookmarked the Springboard log-in page on your laptop! Once you open that page, you will see the log in screen.
2. Input your log-in information that was provided to you by your admin and click, “sign-in”. Once you do that, it will bring you to your Springboard dashboard.
If you are a driver – you will then click on, “Driver Timecard”.
Once you do that – it will bring you to this page where you will clock-in by pressing, “Start”
You are now clocked in! It will reflect under, “Last Action” and the “Start” button will then turn red and say, “Stop”. When you are ready to clock out, you can go back here and press the stop button.
3. It is important to clock in after you log in otherwise, you will not appear as a driver who is able to be added to a manifest. When this happens, you cannot access the route for the day. If you are logging in to a manifest and you are not clocked in – the system will alert you and ask you to do so on the driver app 2.0 like so:
4. Once you are done driving for the day, please go back to, “Driver Timecard” on your Springboard dashboard and press the “Stop” button. After this, you can log-out up top where it says, “Logout (your name here)”.
**PLEASE NOTE** - You can clock in and then log out but still remain clocked in, that way other people can log in and clock in as well. If you remain logged in without clocking out, someone might clock you out by accident or stay logged in to your account and not have their or your hours tracked properly. This can create problems with tracking what hours you worked which can result in not getting paid accurately. We obviously do not want this, because you are working very hard out there and we want you to be compensated properly for this!
