How to Split Manifest

1. Split – manifest must be in released state to initiate!
   • Press manage manifest – build manifest – organize manifest
   • If there are drop-offs on the route, please press “reconcile drop-offs” then “click all” to confirm all deliveries are on the truck and ready to go

• Once the manifest has been organized and drop offs reconciled – “release manifest” should appear clickable up top to the left of “organize manifests” once you press release, a message will appear in the top right: 

• Please then click, “organize manifests” and the map will appear with the customer’s names and order of route.

• This is where you will notice the new icons up top. If you are on a computer, you can hover over the icons with your mouse to see what they are, but if you are on mobile, you cannot.

• Below is the key to what the icons mean (please feel free to print this out so you can keep it at the facility or in the trucks for drivers to refer to). Once an icon turns green, that means it has been activated and is in use.

• At this point you can click the split icon and either split by pickups/drop offs or by point. If you choose to split by point and you are on a computer, you will see a dotted line with scissors once you hover your mouse between names like so: 

• Once you click where you would like the split to initiate, the save button will appear in blue above. Make sure to press save before exiting!

• PLEASE NOTE: you can re-order a route by going to "organize manifest" clicking on a customer's name and then drag and dropping it into the spot on the list where you would like it to be THEN proceed with splitting from there.

• Once you hit save, a pop-up will appear showing you the new routes that will be created by splitting. You can then click, “submit” if everything looks okay!

• After that it will bring you back to the map but show both routes you just split.

• If you would like, you can press the circle with three dots inside of it and that will open this menu:

• Here you can set the colors for the routes if you feel inclined to do so to differentiate them from each other.

Your split has been completed! You can checkout from this menu or go back out to “driver’s list” and proceed from there.
